Shipping Terms & Conditions
All products shipped from Cork, Ireland in a timely manner (Typically dispatched in 1-3 working days).

For ROI: Free Shipping on orders over €150, flat rate of €6 otherwise. All shipping methods are tracked services without signature. Usually arrive within 1-2 days.

For Northern Ireland: Shipping costs are by weight, we have a number of options available and enabled on checkout. Please contact us if you are unsure of weight, we respond very fast and can easily advise you and process the order quickly.

Worldwide: We have shipped all over the world, please get in touch for delivery costs to rest of world.

Please note we don't have any control once the package is with the courier but do provide you with tracking* on all orders. *Note: Pallet shipments are tracked but do not have online tracking. Pallets are typically delivered next day after dispatch.

Small/medium size products are typically shipped via An Post Standard Parcel Service.
Large heavy boxed products are typically shipped via DPD.
Anything larger is palatalised and shipped via TPN.

Packages are exceptionally well packaged by us however packages are not insured by default. Insurance can be applied on all orders if required, please contact to arrange. We would not be responsible for damage of packages in transit.

If you require we can also use a number of other couriers, please contact us to quote and arrange in advance.
Taxation (VAT)
All prices on our website include Irish Tax (VAT) at 23%.

Sales (Domestic & Business) to Ireland and Northern Ireland:
23% VAT applies as is shown as standard on our website. VAT registered businesses can claim this back as per usual business practices. Businesses with a form 56B authorisation from revenue can avail of a 0% VAT rate, please contact us to process.

Sales (Domestic) to Europe:
23% VAT applies as is shown as standard on our website and applies to all orders.

Sales (Business) to Europe:
VAT registered European businesses can have VAT removed, please contact us to remove the VAT and have your order processed. We can set you up an account to streamline future orders.

Sales (Domestic & Business) to United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) and outside EU:
VAT can be removed from your order, please contact us, we respond very fast, to have the price adjusted. We can set you up an account to streamline future orders.
Web Prices
Our web prices along with web stock availability should be 100% accurate and extremely competitive however mistakes do happen. If you spot something that seems off please contact us to let us know and we will rectify mistakes promptly.
Returns Terms & Conditions
We accept returns of unopened products (manufacturers seal unbroken) shipped back to us at the buyers expense within 28 days of purchase date.

For large orders (>€200) or non-stock items / special orders there would be a restocking fee.
​
Should an item be faulty (never has occurred yet to date) please contact us for initial troubleshooting and procedure to return for testing if required.
​
Shipping costs are not refunded for returns, this includes for orders with free shipping where the actual costs are subtracted from the return amount.
